You are not stuck because God changed his mind. You are stuck because nobody has shown you the framework he already designed.
Watch the short video below before this founding member price closes forever.
If you read even one of those and felt something shift in your chest — you are in the right place.
This page is going to take some of your time. It is worth it. By the end you will know exactly what Commissioned is, exactly what it costs, exactly what you get, and exactly why it will work when other things have not.
But first — let me tell you why almost everything you have been taught about building a business in South Africa is fundamentally broken.
It is that you have been given two sets of broken instructions — one from the world and one, unintentionally, from the church — and you have been trying to build something that works using tools that were never designed to work.
I spent 25 years and the equivalent of R8 million in today's money travelling the world learning from the supposed best of the best — Harvard professors, Silicon Valley founders, New York Times bestselling authors, billionaires. I was in the rooms most people never get into.
And here is what I discovered after all of that time and all of that money. Very little of it actually works. Not because those people are not intelligent — but because the most complete, most proven, most consistently effective business framework ever created is not in any business school curriculum, not in any bestselling book and not on any podcast.
It is in your Bible.
With the greatest respect to the church I love — most South African Christians have been taught, directly or indirectly, that money is a spiritual danger. That wanting financial success means you love money more than God. That the humble, faithful Christian lives simply and does not pursue wealth.
This is not what the Bible teaches. It is what fear teaches, dressed in Bible verses.
The Bible has more to say about money, wealth, business and financial stewardship than almost any other topic. Not because God is obsessed with money — but because he knows that how his people handle it reveals everything about the condition of their hearts and the depth of their trust in him.
Generating financial wealth is not selfishness. It is your Kingdom responsibility.
Tithing 10% of R30,000 a month makes a difference.
Tithing 10% of R300,000 a month changes lives.
Same percentage. Ten times the Kingdom impact.
God does not want you small. He wants you faithful. A small business that could be a large one — through disobedience or bad information — is not humility. It is waste.
My name is Rob Yates. I have been coaching business owners for 25 years across South Africa, the United Kingdom, North America, Europe and Australasia.
When I became a Christian and started reading my Bible seriously — something happened that I was not expecting. Page after page, I kept seeing it. Every business principle I knew to be genuinely true — every framework that consistently produced results — Jesus was already doing it. His disciples were already living it. The early church was already building with it.
And everything I had seen destroy businesses over 25 years — the complexity, the over-planning, the wrong partnerships, the obsession with investors, the vanity projects — Jesus called it the work of the enemy. Described precisely. Two thousand years ago.
This sent me down a rabbit hole of revelation that changed everything about how I coach and how I build. I realised that the only business book I ever needed was my Bible. That the closer I emulated Jesus — not as a spiritual exercise but as a practical business strategy — the more successful my business became.
I am not telling you this to impress you. I am telling you because the same framework I used to build KingdomPreneur is the same framework I have documented, tested and taught to hundreds of South African Christian entrepreneurs — with results that consistently defy what people believed was possible in this economy.
I call it The Dominion Framework.
Built on Genesis 1:28 — God's original business instruction to humanity — it maps the complete journey from zero to a business that runs without you, produces genuine Kingdom wealth, and becomes a living testimony to everyone it touches. Five stages. Each one builds directly on the last. You cannot skip a stage. You cannot rush a stage. And you cannot fail a stage if you are genuinely doing the work it requires.
Jesus always went to where people were — not where he wanted them to be. This stage teaches you to understand your customer so deeply — what they genuinely want, not what you want to sell them — that your offer becomes almost impossible to resist. Built on the research fact that South Africans spend 86% of their money on want and only 14% on need. You will learn to build for the 86%.
God put man in the garden and told him to work. The devil's work is planning, theorising, partnering, overcomplicating and waiting for the right moment. God's work is putting a simple, practical, genuinely useful offer in front of real people for 6 hours a day and learning from what they tell you. This stage breaks the planning addiction and replaces it with the daily discipline that actually builds businesses.
Jesus did not scale his ministry by working harder. He recruited, trained and released people who could do what he did. This stage teaches you how to build and lead your first team — hiring for character over CV, training by demonstration, protecting your culture with a filter so simple your whole team can apply it without you in the room.
The merchant in the parable sold everything to acquire the pearl of great price — not because he was reckless but because he recognised genuine extraordinary value when he found it. This stage teaches you how to build your offer to the Jesus standard — simpler, faster, more guaranteed, more delightful — until customers come to you regardless of price because nothing else comes close.
The Genesis 1:28 sequence in business form. Fruitful — working hard as the pastor of your own mission field. Multiply — building something bigger than yourself that blesses staff, customers and community. Subdue — building the systems and structures that set you permanently free from the business. Dominion — becoming the fullest version of the person God created you to be, with the economic resources and Kingdom influence to match.
The Dominion Framework is not theory. It is a proven developmental sequence that maps directly onto how successful businesses actually grow — documented across 25 years of coaching and built entirely on the business model Jesus used.
Commissioned is a 12-month programme that takes you through The Dominion Framework stage by stage — from wherever you are right now to a genuinely profitable, Kingdom-aligned business that does not depend on you doing every job inside it. It is built for one specific person: a South African Christian who has not started yet, or is stuck below R20,000 a month — and who is ready to stop planning and start building.
On your schedule, at your pace — through three content types.
Listen in your car, while you walk, during your lunch break. Rob and his team teach each month's content in audio so you can absorb it in the natural gaps of your day — without sitting at a desk.
Each month's teaching is available in full written form for people who prefer to read, take notes, highlight and revisit.
The exercises that turn content into action. Each worksheet is designed around one specific practical outcome that moves your business forward before you move to the next month.
Commissioned is not Rob teaching alone. Every month includes sub-modules from three specialist contributors.

Every two weeks you have access to a live group Q&A session with the KingdomPreneur coaching team. Camera on. Real questions. Real accountability. The people you share this session with are South African Christian entrepreneurs at the same stage as you — building the same way, facing the same obstacles, celebrating the same wins.
This is not optional. The Q&A is where the content becomes real. It is where you bring what you are actually facing — not what the worksheets anticipated — and get honest coaching on it.
Rob Yates charges R20,000 per hour for one-on-one coaching. The minimum billing rate of any coach on his team is R2,000 per hour. Here is an honest breakdown of what you receive inside Commissioned — and what that content would cost you if you tried to access it any other way.
To be precise about the maths: one 30-minute session with one of Rob's coaches would cost you a minimum of R1,000. Inside Commissioned you have access to 24 group coaching sessions over 12 months for R997/month total. That is not a discount. That is a decision by Rob to make this accessible to the 70% of his database who have not yet broken through — because he believes in what God does when South African Christians build businesses with his full backing.
Your job can retrench you in 30 days without warning, without apology and without caring about your bond or your children's school fees. In the South African economy of 2025 and 2026 — retrenchment is not a distant risk. It is a monthly reality for thousands of families.
The risk is not in starting. The risk is in never starting and remaining permanently dependent on an employer who has no covenant obligation to you.
David was wealthy. Solomon was the wealthiest person of his era. Abraham was extraordinarily rich. The Proverbs 31 woman was a profitable businessperson described with admiration. Joseph accumulated enormous wealth and influence on behalf of God's purposes.
The Bible does not condemn wealth. It condemns the love of money as a master. Money as a servant — deployed for Kingdom purposes with an open, generous hand — is one of the most powerful forces for good available to a Christian entrepreneur.
South Africans spent R1.1 trillion in retail sales in 2023 alone. People are spending money. Every day. On things they want. The question is not whether South Africans buy — it is whether you have found the right thing to sell, to the right person, at the right price, with the right experience around it.
Economies reward the person who solves the right problem excellently. Every struggling South African economy in history has produced its generation of extraordinary entrepreneurs. This one is no different.
Almost nobody reading this will get an investor. Not yet. Not because your idea is bad — but because investors fund proven, profitable businesses with a track record. They do not fund ideas.
KingdomPreneur was built with zero outside investment. The car wash business that produces R20,000 a month in profit needs a bucket, a sponge and soap. The path to the investor you may eventually want runs directly through building something profitable first — and that path starts with your first customer, not your first pitch deck.
When Jesus left Nazareth and began his public ministry he held no religious qualifications. He was not a Pharisee. He had no institutional backing. He had no letters of recommendation from the religious establishment.
He had a calling, a relationship with the Father and a complete commitment to serving the people in front of him with everything he had.
That is your qualification. Your calling is your credential. Your relationship with God is your authority. And the works were prepared for you before you were born. You are already ready. You are simply choosing whether to go.
If you fully engage with Commissioned — attend the fortnightly Q&A sessions with your camera on, complete the monthly worksheets, and do the practical work each month with a genuinely open heart oriented toward serving others — and you have not made your R997 monthly investment back within 12 months:
We will keep you in the programme at no charge until you do.
No time limit · No questions asked
This guarantee has one condition — and it mirrors exactly what God asks of us in covenant relationship. Full engagement. Open heart. Genuine effort. Serving others before serving yourself. If you have done that — we stand behind you completely.
Why can we offer this? Because we have watched these principles work consistently across hundreds of South African Christian entrepreneurs over 25 years. When the student genuinely does the work — the results come. We are that confident. And because a bold, honest guarantee is itself a Kingdom business principle worth teaching by example.
Commissioned as a named programme is new. The Dominion Framework it is built on is not. Rob has been coaching South African Christian entrepreneurs through these principles for years. Here is what that has produced.
I always thought faith and business lived in separate rooms. Jesus didn't just teach — he did the work. And what I learned wasn't theory. It was the next actual step I can take tomorrow.
I came expecting business advice. What I got was proof that living by biblical principles can change your whole world — not just your bottom line. This isn't theory. It's life-changing.
A simple car wash service — bucket, sponge, soap, customer's water — run by one person 6 days a week. It teaches sales, customer service, repeat business and marketing through practice rather than theory. This is Stage 1 and Stage 2 of The Dominion Framework working exactly as designed.
A coaching client running a single-page website — no design, no SEO, no social media presence — with only a phone number and a product description. One page. One number. The right product to the right people with relentless customer focus.
If Commissioned is not the right fit for where you are right now — Rob's higher-level programmes may be. Contact the KingdomPreneur team to discuss.

Rob Yates is the founder of KingdomPreneur and has spent 25 years coaching business owners across South Africa, the United Kingdom, North America, Europe and Australasia.
He has invested the equivalent of R8 million travelling the world and learning from the most respected business minds of the last three decades — and discovered that the Bible contains a more complete, more consistently effective and more practically applicable business framework than anything the secular world has produced.
He built KingdomPreneur from zero to 8 full-time staff, operating across 3 South African cities and 2 cities in the United States — without investors, without debt and without outside funding — by applying the biblical business principles he teaches inside Commissioned.
He is an NLP Trainer, has coached over 1,200 clients weekly across more than a dozen industries, and has a track record — across 25 years — of watching the principles inside The Dominion Framework produce results that consistently exceed what his clients believed was possible.
He does not teach theory. He teaches what he has lived, tested and refined over a lifetime of building businesses and coaching others to do the same.
Commissioned is R997 per month for founding members. Founding member status is limited to the first 100 people who join. This is not a marketing tactic — it is a practical decision. The first cohort shapes the programme, contributes to its ongoing development, and receives a price that reflects their role as early builders of something new.
Once 100 founding members have joined, the price increases. We will not announce when this happens. The page will simply reflect the new price when the seats are gone.
When the founding seats are gone — the price increases. There is no waiting list.
He did not give him a map. He did not show him the destination. He did not wait until the conditions were perfect or the timing was ideal or Abram felt completely ready. He said go. And Abram went.
If you have read this far — you already know whether this is for you. You have known since somewhere near the beginning of this page. The question is not whether God is calling you. The question is whether you are going to respond.
The programme is built. The team is ready. Month 1 is waiting for you. The founding member seats are limited and the price will not stay at R997 forever.
The only question left is the one God has been asking since the beginning.
Are you going to go?
Founding member price guaranteed for your first 12 months once secured.
